The Charge D' Affaires, Kenya Embassy in Turkey, Mr. Nathaniel Tama, today paid a courtesy call on H.E. Chris Cooter, the Canadian Ambassador to Turkey. Accompanying Mr. Tama was Mr. Timothy Krop, Head of Chancery.
The two discussed, among other things, the upcoming High Level Sustainable Blue Economy Conference to be held in Nairobi, 26th -28th November 2018.
Mr. Tama thanked the Government of Canada for their commitment to co-host the conference and deliberated on ways to raise the profile of the event as well as to encourage high level participation. The two agreed to undertake a joint meeting with the Turkish Minister of Economy, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Trade in the coming weeks.
